Wemeco is a supplier of wire products made
to Customer`s specification and documentation. For wire bending (up to 25 mm in
thickness) and steel strips we use hydraulic and pneumatic bending machines. For
bending very thin wires we often use special tools, manufactured by out tool
shop. The Tool Shop`s business also includes assembly, MIG, TIG welding and spot
welding.
Manufacturing capabilities include all
possible wire material grades - from ST-37 steel, spring steel, AISI 304-316
stainless steels to aluminium.

| Surface finishing |

Depending on specific needs we provide also
surface finishing. Available surface
treatment techniques include:
Hot galvanising
Zinc plating (white and yellow passivation)
Nickel plating
Chrome plating
Brass plating
Etching and passivation
Anodising
Powder painting

| Tooling |
|
Tolling used for the production of
wire products is generally produced by ourselves at the Tool Shop. Focus in
their manufacturing is on quality and ergonomics.
