Wemeco manufacture two product groups. The
first one includes our proprietary products, developed and designed by our
staff. Examples are: wemStep steps, wemDeck industrial manholes and a full range
of products intended to support in-house logistic processes - the so called
Logistic Solutions.
The second one includes
products made to customers specifications. In the latter case Customers provide
engineering specification, to assist us in production preparation.In both areas Wemeco is an attractive
partner in product development. Improvement of our proprietary products has
always been a dynamic process which is never at a standstill.
For every Customer
we are able to tailor our offerings so to address their needs and expectations. Also during development and modification
of products ordered by the Customer it is not uncommon for Wemeco to get
actively involved in their improvement by showing initiative or coming up with
new ideas. During prototyping and manufacturing another production lot we often
receive feedback and many proposals from members of our manufacturing staff and
engineers. This information is then communicated to Customers and often
contribute to the improvement of product quality and effectiveness of
manufacturing processes.

| Prototypes |

Essentially prototypes are built before
the first production lot so that new products can be manufactured effectively.
In this way optimum processes are chosen for a particular product. Errors are
immediately identified and problems are solved before the "real" production
starts. Significant advantage of such approach is that communication between a
Customer and Wemeco is much easier, when we have a prototype for a product which
we intend to manufacture together.

| 2D and 3D CAD drawings |
|
Wemeco offer you the possibility to make
engineering drawings of products both in 2D and 3D. For 2D drawings we use
Autodesk AutoCAD 2006, progeCAD 2006 and Alibre Design 9.1 while 3D models are
produced using Alibre Design 9.1. Drawings may be supplied to you as files saved
in different formats.
