Professional assembly

Apart from the Production Department, Wemeco have at their disposal an assembly facility with modern equipment. Our capabilities allow us to provide our Customers a range of highly advanced finished products or blanks. Our assembly shop is capable of carrying out pre-assembly, assembly of control modules, and electronics and final assembly.

To be able to optimally address our Customer`s needs assembly works are divided into two groups. The first is a mass assembly of simple components such as professional concrete expansion anchors. The second group is an assembly of complex, sophisticated modules, semi finished and finished products. Our company have assembly stands equipped with professional hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and mechanical equipment. Tolling used for the production of wire products is generally produced by ourselves at the Tool Shop. Focus in their manufacturing is on quality and ergonomics.
